As our products are digital and accessible instantly, returns of physical goods do not apply.
However, we value our customers and offer fair refund options under specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if:

  • You did not receive access to your subscription or templates after payment.

  • A technical issue prevents you from using the service, and our support team cannot resolve it.

Refunds are not provided if:

  • You changed your mind after accessing the templates.

  • You no longer require the templates or services.

  • You failed to cancel before renewal.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • The email used for purchase

  • A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions that have been used to access templates.

  • Discounted or promotional plans.

  • Renewed subscriptions already processed.
