All products sold on MySheetTemps are digital and delivered electronically — no physical shipment is involved.
After your subscription payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to your templates.

2. Delivery Process

  • Access details or login credentials are sent automatically via email.

  • Delivery is considered complete once access has been successfully granted.

  • If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

3. Access Duration

Your access remains valid as long as your subscription is active.
Once your plan expires or is canceled, access to the templates will be disabled.

4. Failed Delivery

If you encounter any issue with delivery or login, contact us immediately at service@mysheettemps.shop and we’ll assist you.
